Hi Good Day! I have an unwillingly transaction from upwork to payoneer. That payoneer account is incomplete and not approved. I am not able to withdraw from that payoneer account. Would you please help me to get back my money to upwork again.

How do client make payments and how do the recipient withdraw the money from account?

Thank you for reaching out. Clients either make a deposit to Escrow for fixed-priced contracts or we automatically charge their billing method when freelancers bill them on hourly contracts. 

Once the amount is in your Available balance, you may withdraw them to your chosen payment method. You may check this article to learn more.
