Payoneer Question

Hello community,

I just want to ask this just to be sure that I won't have any problem with my payment as this is going to be the first time I use Payoneer.

Other platforms payment options say "Payoneer account", but on Upwork it says "Payoneer Payment card".

I don't have a payoneer payment card, just the payoneer account, so I just wanted to know if I will receive the upwork payment to my payoneer account or if there's going to be a problem if I don't have a payoneer card.

Hi Carla,

I understand how that might be a bit confusing. No worries, the funds will reflect in your Payoneer account. If you wish you can request the card from Payoneer and ask their customer support about the relationship between the account and the card.
