Problem of "Returned Withdrawal error"

I'm facing a problem, a message comes up after I click on "Get paid now", I recieve a message saying the Withdrawal got Returned, why? How I can I fix it? Do I have to verify something? I'm new here, already verified my ID and this is my first time trying to "Get paid now"
