I am trying to upload a photo, which were all taken in portrait layout, and when they appear in the preview window they are in landscape layout, with no option to rotate the photo.  Then I get this message: "We have detected some problems with your uploaded portrait image:

• We weren’t able to detect your face. Please use a photo where your face is the main focus. When in doubt, use a photo that you would use for your passport

Is there a way to rotate the photo that I am missing?  I have tried several photos, in which I am facing front, taken in Portrait layout, with and without my glasses, and keep getting the same message. This is very frustrating.

You can try removing the picture's orientation metadata by using instructions other Community members shared on this thread.
