What are the colored circles on the profile photos? And why do they change color? Thanks!

OH - I know what he means... !

Grey - not logged in or set to invisible

Green - set visible and online

Yellow - online but not available to communicate

Yours should turn green when you're online and active. Maybe your profile is invisible as if you're not accepting new work/hiring?
