Hi, I have an inquiry I submitted proposals 3 days ago and until now client has no feedback at all. What does it mean? As I know if your are not qualified or the job was closed your proposal must be on archive.
Most freelancers don't receive responses on most of their proposals, so I wouldn't spend too much time checking up on them. I almost never do, just keep applying to other great opportunities.
