Regarding "There was a failure to verify your Security Answer"

This happened to me when I tried to reach the settings option. This is what it was showing even though I gave the correct answer and when I reset it via email, even though it was set I couldn't go back to the setting, the same issue was showing up again and again. I don't know what to do now....
