How can I contact or submit a request for a refund of connects to be credited back to my account for reuse after the job I applied was removed by UpWork because of a violation (scam).
I've beed looking everywhere and I don't see anywhere to do so.

Hi Juan,
I would like to clarify that we return Connects when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can find more information here.

Yes, the posting violated the terms of service and it was closed by Upwork. My question is if that refund is done automatically or I need to report it, because all the links I have found explain all the details of the connects but I couldn't find how the process is to get the refund.
