Hello, Like many others, I go by my middle name (Matthew) but my bank acocunts are in my formal name (Donald), i have submitted my drivers license which has my first, middle, and last name, but I need this corrected as all of my payment options are disabled, and I highly prefer to market myself using middle name verses last name - Thanks!

I too go by my middle name. You can request a manual name review, which is what I did and it was sorted quite quickly.

Try and raise a ticket with the support team or try a live chat to get this ball rolling. To access the live chat, ask the robot to talk to a human and it usually transfers you to a human.
