Hi guys, iam new here. I want to ask when sending a proposal to a client, does it mean i send him design work of what he wants exactly or by proposal it means i can send work that i have done before, my design portfolio etc. i want to understand what the proposal is exactly. Say they want a logo done, do i send the design they want or i send my other logos that i have done before for them to see the kind of work i do. please assist me. thank you family

Never send what a customer wants before being formally hired on Upwork to avoid not being paid.

Keep in mind all communications have to remain on Upwork before being hired. If someone asks you to communicate or work outside of Upwork, you have to decline.
