Should I withdraw archived proposals

I'd like to know if it is good practice to withdraw proposals which have been archived in order to regain my connects.

You don't get connects back when you withdraw proposals so that would be a pointless waste of time.

Plus there are no Promotional Campaigns regarding Connects!!
