Skills test I have not attempted is "expired."

A skills test I tried to take today indicates that it is somehow expired and unavailable until 90 days from now.

 

Is this a known systems issue?

We've checked and this particular test is showing as available for you to take. Could you please try it again and let us know if you are still not able to take the test. Thank you!

Hi Charles,

Please try to delete your cache and cookies or use a different browser in taking the test and see if it will work. If it still persist, please let us know.

Produces the same result on a different device.

Hi Charles,

Upon checking, the test is available for you to take. Please go to Find Work tab> Profile> Scroll down to the Test tab and click on the pencil icon. Search for the Computer Aptitude Test and click Start. Let us know if this works.
