Skype request from two "proposals". My gut says these are not legit.

I'm new to Upwork and recently, I have recieved two Skype requests from two "proposals". My gut says these are not legit.

Referencing the attached screen shots and I'll spare you the terrible visual, but the attached Successfull interview 010 (1).pdf file (in addition to quesionable grammar) from Kenneth James immediately set off a red flag.

And lastly, the ridicuous outlook emails from both. How long has this crap been going on Upwork and should I expect to get inundated with these rather than get legit proposals from actual businesses/individuals needing work? I'm already getting a bad taste in my mouth.

What say you?

I would not trust it a spam.

It is correct. Skype (tlg, eml,..) not allowed before contract started.

Report scammer and move forward.

Same thing happened to me. It was Telegram request. Scammers are everywhere. The platforms should really work on getting rid of them.
