Hello, I'm in need of some assistance by an agent. I'm not too sure how to obtain a ticket number for the chance to speak to an agent, but My abbreviated name is on my uPwork profile, which is why my it doesn't match my full legal name. I can't proceed with my payment information until this gets taken care of. Is there a way I can keep my abbreviated name while receiving funds? Thanks!
