The process of the W-8BEN form if your from the UK

So I only joined Upwork very recently but am having difficulties with the W-8BEN aspect of it. 

Do I need to fill the form out online on a seperate website? If so where is that and how do I submit it? 

Or do I simply just put my full name into the Upwork tax informaiton box wihtout having done the form? Need help thanks

Hi Max,

You just need to complete the form in your Settings. If you don't have a registered company please provide your full legal name in that field, along with your personal address on the Tax Info page under Settings. Check out this help article for more details.

That is correct, Max. You don't need to send a physical copy of your W-8BEN form nor to fill it out on an external website,  just complete the form in your Account - Settings.
