'This email is already in use' - Error Message

Hi Team,

This is for my cousin who has incorrectly opened a client account and closed it. She is trying to sign up using the email that she has used but it doesn't allow her to do so. I have created this thread because she couldn't log in here unless she uses a different email address. Can someone help, please?
