Thumbs down on a posted project

Hey community friends, 

I just realised that the projects / jobs I am seeing in my profile have the thumbs icon facing down even though the payment is verified. what could this mean and do I go ahead and apply for a gig?

It is opion where you can mark job if not like it. Ignore that. It mean nothing.
