Hi Everyone!
I am having problems with the time tracker. It is not taking screenshots even when I am workig, and by working, I mean I am having activity (I am a chat/email support) but it seems to not show accurately in the activity section. There are no screenshots taken during some periods and I am losing supposedly billed time.
Can someone enlighten me, please?
