Unable To Get First Work

Hello, 

I have been using Upwork for more than 3 months now and until now, I am not getting even a small work. I have uploaded all the required information correctly and precisely and have submitted almost 15 proposals but none of them even replied. 

I watched some videos on youtube where they are saying, Upwork issues dummy works on the site which is not true always, is that what you feel about or they are saying wrong about this platform? 

I will appreciate your help to review my profile and let me know if there are more improvements required from my end so that I can run my kitchen.
