Verifications - Military Veteran (how to remove?)

Hi, I never served in the military. Yet for some reason my profile is showing this is under 'Verifications'. I never put it there and I don't see any way to remove it.

Hi Andre,

I would be happy to help. I would like to clarify that you did not add a Military Veteran badge to your profile. By design, you will see an option on your profile to add a Military Veteran badge but you need to click on "+" icon and complete the process for the badge to be displayed on your profile. You can find more information in this help article.

Hi! In my profile also appear the same thing. I have choosed the option "I did not serve in the military" without any change. Why?

Hi Arlen,

What you see on your end is the option to add Military Veteran status. Note that your public profile does not display that you're a Military Veteran. You can confirm this by clicking the "See Public View" option when you visit your profile. For example, here's how I see your profile on my end, which doesn't show you're a Military Veteran.
