When I need to verify my account?

I've just created my account and I am going to work hard in here.

But I don't know well Upwork and also, I don't know how can I manage my account.

I need to verify my account via phone or other info?

If so, how can I do?

Welcome to UW,

If your profile is approved (You should get an e-mail in any case), then there is no need to verify it anyhow.
I also strongly recommend reading very thoroughly the terms and conditions, before starting the work, so as you don't get scammed, or do sth against the rules and get suspended.
Work hard and it will be appreciated!
