Why My Payment Method Is taking time to Active

I have added the payment method before five days but not active yet.
Can anyone help me to active it.

Hi Hamed, 

It looks like you still need to fill-in your form W8-BEN. To provide Upwork with your Form W-8BEN information:

• Click Settings, and then click Tax Information.
• Provide us with your legal name and address.
