I am working a freelancer for for severel year's now. I am new at upwork and now a full time freelancer. I have noticed when we chat with client's " when they start typing we can see that " But there is now way to understand thay they opend my massage or not. If I can see that person was seen my massage a did'nt replied I can rate him for communication.
