There is a large number of freelancers offering the same skill. Have you researched them and the hourly rates they charge?

$50/hour? Do you think you're being realistic? Your profile also needs some TLC - rather of lot of TLC. 

You should also not be expecting to have a response within 5 applications, let alone a job. It's very competitive here.

You've transcribed for 3000 clients in the last 5 years and haven't added your work as part of past employment? Anyone can write anything. Given your profile, it's not believable. That's why clients aren't hiring you.
