sir,
i have been having issues with buying connects. each time i use my debit card i always get a feedback that my card is not authorised, that i should contact my issuing bank hence it keep declining. i have contacted my issuing bank to rectify the problem yet no vissible solution.
Secondly my account does not have menu for account verification.
how can i go about solving the above issues as it gives me no joy since i cannot buy more connects to apply for jobs.
please i need a help
