connections problem

hello I have 16 proposals and I don't have any connections left ?!! how does this work can anyone help me, I tried to convert membership to a plus one but doesn't agree on it says payment issues although I have verified my payment method!

Hi Emad,

Upwork accepts the following billing methods for paying memberships: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept PayPal as billing methods for membership, but it isn't available to all freelancers, the option to use PayPal will only appear in the Add a Billing Method form if it is available to you.
