• Add more portfolio items and make them look more clear and polished.
• If you're a MS office expert, it might be wise to obtain the relevant certification.

This must be the third time you ask the same question. People already told you the same things over and over again, such as "change your profile picture". Before asking again, perhaps read the previous replies and take the Academy courses - they do help

Without a real picture, you can get suspended at any time.
