I have submitted a proposal for a job. some days later I got a mail from a person that she accepted my proposal and asked me to contact in whatsits. she shared a number and asked me to write PDF CONVERT and then she will send me to work details. how she got my mail address?

Yes that is weird. There is no contact information on your profile, right?
