Hi -

I am happy with my contractor -  She asked for 20.00 per hour and I wrote 25.00 That need to go back to 20.00 .. it doesn't change

plus i would like to make partial payment of 100.00 just to keep going .. 

I may have to space out the rest of the payments

Hi Lee,

If you'd like to have the hourly rate lowered for the contract you're referring to, you'd need to ask the freelancer to lower it on their end. Only freelancers can lower their rates on ongoing contracts and only clients can raise them. Alternatively, you may end the contract and rehire the freelancer at a lower rate.
