We improved the onboarding experience for enterprise clients by making it a separate feature from Talent Clouds. Starting January 9, enterprise clients can now independently manage freelancers from onboarding, making it easier for hiring managers to manage their team of freelancers. Plus, enterprise clients have access to a new unified dashboard experience for both payroll and non-payroll onboarding.
When hiring managers previously added a freelancer to a Talent Cloud, they triggered onboarding requirements. In addition, hiring managers had to view payroll and non-payroll onboarding on different pages.
Now, hiring managers can add a freelancer to a Talent Cloud and select an onboarding plan separately.
Hiring managers can also view payroll and non-payroll onboarding on a single page. After selecting Jobs from the navigational bar, hiring managers can select Onboarding to view all types of onboarding.
Currently, only new enterprise standard clients can access the improved feature. Existing enterprise standard and compliance clients can expect to upgrade soon.
