A Client is misbehaving with me on Upwork

Hi,
A person named as **Edited for Community Guidelines** reached out to me in the morning today with a 404 error on his WordPress website. When he was trying to access his blog posts, he got 404 not found error. He asks me to check and resolve it. I ask him to provide me with details including the server access and wp-admin access. He provided me with that. It took me around 1-2 hours to identify the issue and I resolve that.
Once I ask him that kindly please check now your issue is resolved. He starts saying that his team is working on it and they have resolved the issue. I ask for money but he resolved. I didn't say any work again and disconnected from Upwork for a drive to a near office of my friend. Suddenly after few time he came again and start messaging me and that using bad words like **Edited for Community Guidelines** etc and start saying that you have removed my blog, even if I disconnected from his server but not he is, again and again, saying that he will contact Upwork support and suspend my ID. What should I do now? I want to contact Upwork support so that they can know what is the exact discussion going on before they take any action. Can someone please guide me how can I contact with upwork support?

Hi Ahsan,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with this client. If the work was done and the client is refusing to release the payment, you can follow the steps below to file a dispute:

  1. Submit your request here.
  2. Give details to support your claim that the work is complete and your payment is due. Explain the situation with enough information to help the dispute specialist understand your claim.
  3. Our customer service agent will open a case with one of our mediation specialists to review your situation.

Hi Ahsan, did you have a fixed price contract (milestone) or an hourly contract? If hourly - logged hours or manual?
