Account Suspended

I had a recent notification that my account temporarily suspended but I need to know the exact things that can prevent it from blocking and also I want to make sure. 
Like the clients send their personal details without I even ask them, I cannot prevent that from happening. What should I do?

I want to know is this the last warning because I personally prefer upwork as it has protection and I dont have to worry about the payment for the job I do. 
But I want to know how will I be able to understand the work of the client without looking and understand their project?
