Anyhire payment not released

I recieved a milestone payment from my anyhire project client. It was charged on monday and I was supposed to get the payment on friday but its nit there. Its still showing pending. How ever i have not recieved any email regarding payment cancellation or anything its still in pending. Please resolve this.

I am sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your payment. I checked the job you are referring to and noticed that we were unable to charge the client's card for the payment issued to you.
