Anyhire payment not released

I recieved a milestone payment from my anyhire project client. It was charged on monday and I was supposed to get the payment on friday but its nit there. Its still showing pending. How ever i have not recieved any email regarding payment cancellation or anything its still in pending. Please resolve this.

I am sorry to hear about the delay in receiving your payment. I checked the job you are referring to and noticed that we were unable to charge the client's card for the payment issued to you. We are already in the process of investigating the client's account and appropriate action will be taken based on our internal guidelines. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you.
