'Apply Now' button is disabled

The 'Apply Now' button is greyed out in spite of having enough Connects to apply. Please note this issue in the freelancer account. I have an agency account as well, which is working fine.

Also, my freelancer account is a member of my own agency, but it is set as Non-Exclusive.
