Applying for jobs verification code

When I click apply for jobs it keeps asking me for a text or call verification code. My number is working and I entered the code and it keeps saying it wrong then it said You attempted to change your PIN too many times.. Help I've tried to get a live chat agent help to no avail I keep getting a bot this is so frustrating.

Click on the three dots at the top of your post on the right-hand side, Scroll down to notify a moderator who should be able to help you open a support ticket.

Thank you so much I tried it. I hope it went through. Hopefully I'll hear from someone soon so I can get started using up work
