Asking to change free to paid membership plan

Hello,

I'm a freelancer and my account is approved as free basic membership plan and all settings are done, but when I'm tring to submit a bid its asking to change my membership plan.

How do I solv this issue.

I checked and it looks like you are an exclusive member of your agency. Exclusive agency members work on Upwork only as part of their agency. Their profile and proposals are branded with the agency to make the agency’s part in the work relationship clear to clients. To start submitting proposals, you will need to upgrade your membership to the Agency Plus plan.
