Attention required: Having trouble with Cloudflare security check on the desktop app

Hi There, I'm unable to log in to the time tracker app. I had this sudden internet issue for a moment and the app was disconnected.  Even though, regaining control over the internet, the time tracker won't work, and says something as below:

"one more step. Please complete the security check to access"

Unfortunately, no captcha box appears to complete the security check. Instead, three dots loading over and over can be seen, with the message:

"Please stand by while we are checking your browser!

I did everything in my hand, cleared the cookie & cache, reinstalled the app, and restarted, but absolutely nothing worked. 

Please help! Appreciate prompt action Upwork support team. Also was wondering why can't I find an option to connect or submit a direct ticket.
