Being charged twice.

I post a job and hire 2 freelancers, but I found upwork charge me 3 times. Pls advise how can i get the rest of money back.

Hi Lin, 

Thank you for reaching out to us. You have a canceled milestone in which the amount was refunded to you so another charge came up when you activated a new milestone. Kindly check with your bank the total amount that was deducted from your account as I saw three charges but one of them was refunded. The reference number for the refund is 484845598.

Thanks. It is found that the refund goes to paypal rather than to my card. And paypal will take days to refund to my card.
