Being prompted by question over and over and over

For the last 2 days I get this message every single time I open my messages from the browser

It doesn't matter how many times I say 'don't allow', i get asked again and again and again and again and again

Fix this. I already use the desktop app and the mobile app. There is no reason for Upwork to take up another gig.
