Beneficiary name mismatched, no updates after a week

Hi everyone! I'm a freelancer and I've added a withdrawal method, but it was deactivated because the name mismatches my profile name here (which makes sense, as I go by a shortened version of my middle name, and that's my profile name here.)

The  FAQ states that it takes up to 48 hours to either approve the method or ask me to verify my identity. However, it's been a week since I added the withdrawal method and I haven't received any updates from this.

What should I do now? Bear in mind that I'd prefer not to change my profile name, as nobody uses my first name to refer to me.
