Billing/Payment page not loading

I changed my credit card info and now I can't get the Billing & Payments page to load. Getting this error: "There was an error loading this page: error [75fbf7f7de1830f8-SEA, 75fbf7f7de1830f8-SEA]. Contact Upwork Support for more information."

Have tried 3 browsers, 3 computers and my phone. Windows 10 and Android. All the same message. I checked and websockets is working. Going on 3 days now trying to resolve. I don't see a way to contact support . Any ideas? Thank you.

Hi Nick. On Oct 26 I was sent an email saying someone would reach out directly. Nothing since then. Should I just delete my account and start over maybe?

I have a project I'd like to hire someone for but don't think I'll be able to pay them.
