Bonus Reflected Balance

Sorry for posting this again. Previously posted in wrong section. I was in a rush to pay my Freelancer so instead of milestone I added $131 bonus but it said pending I could not pay. So I paid via milestone instead. But my account reflected a bonus balance which I didnt know how to remove or my freelancer didnt know how to remove the balance. Today I got a message saying I am suspended? Now I cant even open a support ticket to remove this bonus balance which I already paid via Milestone payments. Please someone help me.
