Bonus is pending after 24 hours

Hi everyone.

Client paid me via Bonus payment option last March 26.

Client and I are execting that I'll can recieve the payment after 24 hours.

Up until now, status is still pending.

Is this because of the 5-day security period or I it should have been available on the expected day (after 24 hours) of release?

Hi Andrew,

Yes, that's right. All payments must complete a 5-day security period before they are available on your Upwork account. You can refer to the Report page to check the status of your earnings.
