Bug adding amount in the milestone

When adding the amount in the new milestone, normally when I clicked on the box, it was cleared but now if you click there will always be a 0 in it, if you just add the amount like 750, it will be added like 7500. Added 10 times as much budget now last couple of times, didn't had this before.
