CANNOT CONTACT SUPPORT banned account for unpaid fees.

Account was banned and told to make payment via direct deposit or Paypal. I have done so, but now I am unable to contact support and I do not have the option to reply to the email which was sent to me. 

Is there an email address, phone number or some way to contact an Upwork represenattive.

If you reply to the email notification you received on Aug 3rd, this should reopen the ticket. Could you please share more details about the issue you're experiencing when trying to reply to the email?

There isnt any box or option to type a response. I cannot do anything on the page.

I believe Andrea was referring to replying through your email instead of the Upwork support page. Have you tried that? Don't hesitate to let us know if you need further assistance.

You can use an Email to Contact Upwork Support Team.  The email is something like Support @ Upwork. com
