Can't renew job post

I am unable to renew my job post.  I get the message that I need to review or archive all proposals, but I have done that.  I have only 4 shortlisted candidated, and 16 archived, and none that are new.  I do have many invitations outstanding, but that shouldn't prevent me from renewing the post.  I cannot find a way to get support either, someone please help.
