Cant add PayPal

Hi,

I just wanted to buy connects. I am not able to add PayPal in my Billings and Payment. After I login , its asking me to add card but I already have a debit card linked there for a very long time. When I click "Add" its not doing anything.

My card thats linked in Billings and Payment wont allow me to buy connects. I have used it before to buy connects
