Certificate isn't showing up

I submitted my Cambrisge CPE certificate to my profile about 2 weeks ago, but it still hasn't appeared, and I can't resend it. The instructions said it should have appeared after up to 5 days. Is there an issue or is this typpical?

Hi,

The Cambridge English Results Service won't let me send it again, as I get a pop-up saying I've already sent it to Upwork. Is there anything else I could do? I do have the physical copy of the certificate as well, could that maybe be accepted instead somehow?
