Change of verified name on Upwork.

I recently changed my Verified ID's last name due to Marriage. I want to effect this change on my Upworks profile as well.

Old Name: Olamide Ashabi Oladimeji.

New Name: Olamide Ashabi Olawoagbo.

Kindly advise on how to effect this change.
