I have had a client account for many years. I also have a freelancer account. I can log in to my freelancer account but apparently don't remember my client username or password. I can answer the security questions, but I am never asked for them. Again, I can access my freelancer account just fine, but I cannot access my client account. Does anyone know how to get REAL support for UpworK? I need to pay my freelancer, and up until now, I have never had a problem doing it.
